Football Stadium Renovations, Phase I
Construction is under way on the first phase of several multi-million dollar upgrades to Vanderbilt Athletics facilities that promise to benefit both Commodore student-athletes and Vanderbilt supporters for years to come, Vice Chancellor of University Affairs and Student Athletics David Williams II announced at a news conference on May 20. |

Children's Way Parking Garage
Vanderbilt Medical Center and Vanderbilt University are constructing a new parking facility on Lot 30, adjacent to Mayfield Housing. Construction started June, 2008 and will be complete September, 2010. |

The Commons The Commons, the first phase of Vanderbilt’s residential college system, is located on the Peabody campus. A new dining facility and five more residence halls, along with the renovation of five existing residence halls to comprise The Commons’ 10 “houses” for first-year students.
